121 charges a middle market hourly rate. We provide professional, customized print and web graphics products specifically focused toward a client’s target market.

Basic Rate

The basic hourly rate applies only to design and development work. All other costs will be referred to as contingency costs or expenses.

A cost estimate/proposal for the project, based on the hourly rate, will be submitted 3 business days after the initial consultation and/or project specifications are finalized.

Contingency Costs

Contingency costs cover elements of the project not covered by the contract and may include:
  • Rush charges for projects with quick deadlines
  • Charges for changes to the project outside the contractually defined scope

Expenses

Expenses are incurred when the project requires use of materials or vendors other than design work performed by 121. Expenses may include:
  • Color proofs and other pre-press production items
  • Stock Photo and/or Clipart purchases specifically related to the project
  • Paper purchases (usually included in printing costs)
  • Print coordination fees and job pickup/delivery costs
  • Web Site Hosting & Domain Name Registration fees
  • Sub-contracting & other vendor costs

Billing & Payment Terms

  • A percentage (generally between 25% to 30%) of estimated project costs are due upon contract signing unless the project is small or of short duration (determined at inital consultation).
  • ALL Credit/Debit payments will be made securely via PayPal, all other payments will be made by check or money order made payable to 121 CREATIVE SOLUTIONS.
  • Progress payments for project milestones will be indicated in the statement of work/contract - if applicable.
  • 121 reserves the right to invoice client at any time if project extends beyond deliverables date as outlined in the contract.
  • Designer will invoice client promptly for balance upon client receipt or posting (to client server) of project deliverables.
  • All invoices are due and payable upon receipt and must be paid NO LATER THAN NET 15 unless otherwise spec’d in the contract.
  • All invoices overdue past NET 30 will be sent to collections promptly.

Project Cancellation

Should client or designer stop the project at any time during the development period, designer will invoice for work completed up to the point of termination. Fees may apply as determined by 121.
  PRINT DESIGN   COST
  **Corporate Identity Package
  Logo, Business Cards, Letterhead, and Flyer or Envelopes   $400 US
    A set of your choice of four includes the layout and design for a logo, business card, letterhead,and envelope or flyer. Final files will be delivered, ready for professional printing.
  Cards, Postcards and Invitations   $60 US per hour
  Advertisements (Newspapers, magazines and flyers) $60 US per hour
  Brochures $60 US per hour
  Logo Design $60 US per hour
    Development of logo design includes 3 to 5 initial designs followed by 4 build ups from the initial designs with one final comprehensive color design. Logo design includes delivery in the following file formats: EPS for professional print, JPEG for the web or Bitmap for PC desktop publishing programs. Additional formats are available upon request.
  Posters & other General Graphic Design $60 US per hour
WEB DESIGN   COST
   
 

You should budget a minimum of $500.00 for designing a unique navigation system which incorporates your current company identity. It is not unusual to have this go to $800 or more after several proof and revision cycles. The whole site is based on this work, and it is worth getting set up right. We will charge at our basic hourly rate for multiple revisions at the client’s request. You will have the opportunity to view and approve working drafts online.

6+ page custom designed website: (ex: Home - About - Services - Clients -Gallery - Contact)   Starting @ $1,050
  Custom graphics, two online forms, simple javascript programming (rollover buttons, pop-up windows and print page links) plus unlimited images, links and copy provided by client. One Flash animation instance. One mock-up design with one final design based on client feedback and additional pages to match. Also includes 6 months of limited maintenance.
